finishing un-finished projects

"This" I am poor at... once things have been put aside they're often not picked up again.  It's like there must have been severe disinterest with the thing for it to be abandoned in the first place so there's never much impetous to pick it up again to finish it off.  How ever I have been a good girl and restarted this journal cover... actually no that's a lie to self... I really just wanted a piece to do some hand stitching onto !  A nice side effect is that I got interested in the piece again and did complete it :)

Now where are those scraps I put aside yesterday... I want more surfaces to stitch !

Personally, I love it very much. It makes me think of the waters edge on a river bank. Lovely

Lovely!
I meant to ask you: if I were to wet felt little pieces, can you then needle felt them onto another surface? or are they too dense for that?

This is incredibly beautiful! I abandon things all the time as part of my process......then there are always things to pick up later!
